ÇUKUROVA DEVELOPMENT AGENCY HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

The purpose of our human resources policy is to "…employ personnel who are specialized in their fields and have the qualifications needed at national and international levels in order for the Agency to fulfill its duties effectively and efficiently, and to ensure the development and sustainability of the qualifications of these personnel." Our basic human resources policy:

Planning the personnel in terms of quality and quantity and employing personnel with qualifications appropriate to the needs of the region
Supporting all personnel to be success-oriented, prone to teamwork, able to solve problems, in harmony with local stakeholders, working with the principle of quality-oriented, continuously improving what exists and being innovative
Keeping the efficiency and effectiveness of the personnel at the highest level, Keeping the morale and motivation of the personnel at all levels at the highest level
Prioritizing the loyalty of the personnel to the Agency
Creating equal opportunities among the personnel,Following a transparent and open management policy and providing an open communication environment
Observing the protection of the material and moral rights of the personnel,
Providing the personnel with both personal and professional to create a suitable environment for their development, to provide training opportunities,
to evaluate performance by measuring it with objective criteria, to reward high performance, to support the development of performance that falls below expectations, to ensure peace in the workplace,
to try to prevent attempts and behaviors against the law by the personnel within their authority and to ensure that they do not take part in such attempts and behaviors, to work to ensure that the implementation of the personnel employment contract is carried out without any problems,
to ensure that the personnel fulfill other obligations given to them by the legislation,
